I'm in the same boat as you. I also went from 300Mbs to the gigabit service with the new upgrade. I don't even get close to what your getting. I still only bounce around the 300-380 range . It was so consistent. I had to call to make sure that they did indeed increase my service speed up to the gigabit. To make matters worse I updated my wifi router to the nighthawk AX8 thinking it would be a no brainier considering the cable modem is a nighthawk cm1150v . Took amount 2 days and hours of searching forms to get it to work at all. Very disappointed and Netgear tech support is a joke . I wish there was another option to enable VoIP I would return this junk in a heartbeat and I'm sure as heck not going to rent it from Comcast my bill even with the new promo package is still to darn expensive
