Tried to start new message but response is "page not found"

I'll try a reply

We are having similar issues. many dropouts on tv, internet and phone, day and night.

New modem, cable box, and inside wiring.

Trees are down across Comcast lines in our area, Comcast has been notified 4 times and sill will not fix the issue.

They say it is a BGE problem, so I will try here to see if anyone can help

The stats are o/k but the log entries are not.

I truly hope that someone will do something to fix the issue.

We did all we could on our end to verify good cabling and swapped out modem / tv box.
