Hi there! Since you guys sent me a new modem, it doesn’t work. I haven’t access to the TV & internet on that. I used the old modem. If could please send someone to fix it, I will be appreciate it.

Hi there, Kama_mohammad. We appreciate you posting! Sorry to hear about the service problems upon receiving a new device. Did you attempt to go through the activation process on it? We can schedule a technician out to install it as well, but there would be an installation charge. Either way, I will gladly assist you on either option. Are you still leaning toward the technician visit? Let us know, thank you!
