Same. There seems to be an uptick in these sorts or reports today.

 

I've had about 30/4 speeds max, with frequent loss of signal (while still connected) and rapid drops to less than 1 Mbps for minutes at a time. Back up, and then right back down.

 

3rd time in less than 3 years, it happens for months at a time. They say it's my modem. Then eventually someone who knows what they're doing will actually look at my signal data.  This last time it was terrible for 2 months, CR said they would send a service check, signal stabilized for almost 4 weeks now it's terrible again.

 

Oddly, The Xfinity speedtest shows consitently hight DL speed than Fast.com when this happens.
