My Motorola MB8600 disconnects daily.
1) The phone techs could not even get it connected. The tech that came to the house used his phone to connect it with no problem.
2) Now I have to turn if off, then back on, daily.
My old SB6120 never had this problem. Comcast said the SB6120 was no longer supported so I upgraded.
Why upgrade to problems? I am sending the modem back.
Should I go back to the SB6120 or try a different model?
