been happening here for a week in south central kentucky.  your best bet is to go find an xfinity truck doing service somewhere or an install and tell them about it.  xifinity's support is overseas and they are about as useless as talking to a wall.

It’s an Arris TM822R, not a WiFi modem. It’s been down for most of the last two days. Right now the Downstream 1 Power is -12.95 dBmV and the SNR is 28.13
