You're not the only one, I'm in the NW Atlanta area and have been having connectivity issues all day long, ranging from 1 to 10 minutes long. For some of them, my cable model completely loses signal, for others, I just lose outbound connectivity, it's similar to the issues the other day where there was a nationwide outage.
