Re: Internet keeps cutting out

This has been happening to us for months now. I even swapped the rented modem at the local store for a brand new, unwrapped modem and we’re STILL having this issue. When I swapped to the new modem, it was fine for a couple weeks and now the connection drops two to ten times a day! Ugh!!!
