Hello.
I would post the answer to your first question but I'm thinking it wouldn't help since i have connection at this moment. So i will post that info the next time I have an issue.
I'm keeping track of the outages because it's ridiculous to pay for full-service that you don't get. I had NO CONNECTION about 30 minutes ago (7pm(ish) to 8pm) for about an hour. Then it suddenly connected again.

I have an Arris SBG6700-AC and yes it WI-FI.

Celloholman1, how has service been? It sounds like some of your signal levels might be out of spec, so I'll be happy to check on that. Drop me a private message with your full name for help.
