@ComcastJoeTru I'm having the same behavior as johnny posted about and none of my own troubleshooting has turned anything up. It was happening since at least back to December. I got all new equipment in January (new X1 box and new gateway) but the problem is still happening. When it happens, it takes down connectivity for wiFi and for hardwired at the same time. The TV signal doesn't seem to be affected. Only internet connectivity typically.
Any help is greatly appreciated as this is interferring with many things (school work, conference calls, etc).
