I suppose those 941/41 mbps speeds you are talking about are with WIRED connections right? I also have a 1 Gb tier and own a Netgear CM1150V modem, I’m just wondering what are your average WIRELESS speeds with that set up? Thanks!

This has nothing to do with original poster's problem but I will answer your question. First, 2.4ghz wireless in the real world is almost always about 40-80mbps no matter what speed tier you have above that. For 5ghz wireless, Macworld did a test where they took many of the top routers and tested wifi speed on the 5ghz band with a 1 gig Internet service. The test found that with the best routers available and in ideal conditions the best wireless speed was around 600mbps, but most good routers were in the 400-500 range. In the real world with building material, interference, compromised devices, etc I've seen a norm from 200-500. FYI.
