I don’t understand why it is that I am paying for gigabit service, but not receiving gigabit speeds. Honestly I’m not even sure how Comcast is allowed to get away with this. I had the service installed several months ago but still at the same speed as I was at before the installation.

My 400 Plan was changed to Gigabit and I went from 400 down to 940 down.

Did you try the troubleshooting?
