I've never had anyone at Comcast take my issue seriously. It's the good old reset your router and your modem. Once a service tech came out, looked around, didn't find anything, and left. I think there is something in Comcast's system that's either broken or is intentionally trying to knock streaming customers off line. I'm receiving the stream of a jazz station at 192 kB.
