Post a tracert to those websites.

Run traceroute on Windows
  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Run.
  3. To open the command line interface, type cmd and then click OK.
  4. At the command line prompt, type: For IPv4 - > tracert example.com For IPv6 - > tracert -6 example.com.
  5. Press Enter.
  6. You can copy the results to save to a file or paste in another program.
