Sorry to jump on another thread, but I have been having a similar situation and have been trying to figure a way to resolve. Had a comcast modem and swapped to the CM1100 and that was all that was changed and now the speed is anywhere from 2-400 as opposed to 8-900.
Any suggestions or ideas? Have already spoken with technical support mutliple times, have had a technican come out to verfify everything, and have spoken with Netgear and no luck. Many hours have been put into correcting and am very frustrated.
