Random lag spikes

Been experiencing random short lag spikes about once a minute. It has started to happen the pass 2-3 days. Need help figuring out if its my modem or not. Wired connection. Attached are some pings and traceroutes I tested. Have not had a technician come. Have talked to live chat multiple times with no success. Modem: TG862G

Re: Random lag spikes

I got the same issue. I tried a different ethernet cable, rebooted the modem. Tried wifi. Cant even play CS GO properly as I am getting sudden spikes and jerks which does not provide a smooth experience.

I had Fios before, but since I moved to FL I had no other choice. And ATT fiber wont deliver even though they have service half a mile ahead ... LOL Smiley Happy
