Quality of internet

I'm getting no connectivity errors when I try to send emails from my phone. But looking at the settings, it says I'm connected to my network. I have to disconnect and reconnect before emails will go. And my bluetooth printer loses connection even if bluetooth light is still on. Have to turn printer off and back on. Even bought a new printer. But same thing happens.
