Purchased gateway partially disappearing from account

So I added my own gateway to my account and had the Xfinity gateway returned few days ago. 


My purchased gateway (namex serial number etc..), and the Xfinity gateway showed ony my account and everything was good.


However at some point in the last 2 days, when the old Xfinity gateway dropped off my account, my purchased gateway name, serial number etc... is now blank and weirdly the internet still works (posting this now from it), however certain things don't work (like Im getting errors that Im not on my home wifi now).


So how does this get fixed? Without having to call and be on the phone for 5hrs......
