Proof of throttling

I am actively being throttled by Xfinity. I pay for blast, which should give me speeds up to 300 mbps.  Normally, I sit in the 230's on average.  On 4/8 I tested my speed which came out at about 238 mbps.

Today, when I tested, I found that I have been throttled to 46 mbps.

Explain to me how this is acceptable, please?

Re: Proof of throttling

That’s not throttling, even if Comcast throttled. It’s up to 300

I apologize, half of my message did not appear at first, links are now posted.

Re: Proof of throttling

It’s still not throttling(if it was why wouldn’t it be continuous), something is causing you to not reach the full potential of your speed package of UP TO 300mps. Could be cable signals, could be your personal equipment, could be your modem/router, could be Covid 19 related congestion, information that is more vital than a link to a speed test. Post all of the above and you may be able to get pointed to an appropriate reason why.
