Poor internet speed

Poor internet speed

Just ran comcast's own speedtest and it agrees with DSLreports. I'm not getting anything lik what I'm paying for

router/gateway has been rebooted multiple times and i'm the *only* person home now & connected via network cable (not wifi) & even my phone is off wireless

How do your signal stats look like? They can be viewed at either http://192.168.100.1 or http://10.0.0.1

Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!
