Please help me diagnose my connection

Hello everyone,

I'm a gamer who has been very satisfied with Comcast until about 4 or 5 months ago when I started to experience my connection cut out (seemingly randomly at the time). I tried upgrading my equipment and later my service to see if that would fix the issue, to no avail.

Now I have done quite a bit of research and hoped I could benefit from some expert advice. I have read the guidelines and I have tried each solution except checking the quality of the cables, because I am a renter to a studio on the homeowner's property and said owner "doesn't want me fiddling around in there".

That being said, here is the information I have compiled:
