Packet loss throughout the day with TG3482G

Hello! I've been having problems with packet loss throughout the day. I usually see this when I'm playing Apex Legends or when talking to friends on discord. I also notice this when browsing the web and my page hangs for a moment. It was a bit hard to tell at first, but then it started to become a bit more consistent. As of today, its' been quite calm, but I am getting quite annoyed due to being dced late night.

This started happening when I switched to another router(Tp-link Archer A7), but when switching back to my old router(Netgear Nighthawk 7300 ), the problem still persists. The gateway currently installed is a XB6 TG3482G.  I've also tried switching back to my old modem, SB6141 just to see if I would experience the same problem and I did! I'm not quite sure what is going on.

Cmd tracert and ping log

unfort I don't have logs of timing out but i just ran a test recently and had no packet loss which is good!
