Outage in my area

zip 42754 neary Grayson County Fairgrounds.  Terrible service for the past 4-5 days.  up and down 24 hours a day.  I have a complete log from 8 am this morning until now.  Someone needs to get over in this area and see what is going on.  i've restarted modem many times.....no luck

there are no outages reported.  i'll proceed with the third link.  i'm a 20 year software developer / network engineer and quite familiar with this stuff.

insane.  if this was a modem issue then why was it up for 5.5 hours from 2:30 am until 8 am??   sounds like an oversubscription issue in my area.  they need to get an engineer down here pronto.
