Option Select does not Recognize My Device

I'm not new to port forwarding but I can't seem to find the device I want to port forwards to on the xfi website. On the "devices" tab, I see my computer and when I go to try and set a port to my computer, I don't see the name. Before we just had to put in the IPv4 IP address and set the port to that but this new website forces us to find a device. I tried using the admin tool as well but there is no "enable" tab to switch it to; the website tells us to use this website instead.
