Just had my internet service installed, but i can only access to certain websites such as google.com, yahoo.com, youtube.com but not able to access to amazon.com, apple.com, united.com, etc.
I have Arris SBC7580-AC, i called both Comcast and Arris helpdesk but both side pointing the issue is on the other side.
I've called the Comcast for one last try to delete my provisioning info and then redo it from scratch but that didn't work either.
I saw someone said in the forum that the technician came out and reload the boot file and it worked, wondering if this would solve the issue?
Make sure the HFC-MAC (CM-MAC) is the mac address that is used to provision the modem on the Comcast system..
