On XB7, ethernet speed about half of wireless speed??

XB7 with 1 Gbps subscription: We are getting about 300 Mbps with wired ethernet while getting about 600 Mbps over wireless?

I have the Xb7 and connected to the bottom right port and get 950  +, I haven't tried the other ports
