Occasional Connection Loss on MG7315 Modem/Router

I am experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Wifi connection, and I am having trouble determining if the issue is caused by the MG7315 or my ISP connection. I looked at the event log, and I'm seeing the following errors:

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
