Not receiving 400 tier speeds.

Not receiving 400 tier speeds.

Speed test after speed test I’m not receiving the 400mbps I pay for! I have Xfinity equipment I also pay for doesn’t that mean there should be no issues? Xfinity Gateway isn’t getting the proper speeds Ethernet or WiFi. Help Wanted!

Does your account say you have the 400 tier?
