Not notified of approaching data cap

For the past few months we have passed our data caps but have not received a single alert or notification on either our preferred email or phone numbers. It is stated on the data meter page that we would receive notifications if our data usage were reached 75%, 90%, etc. Now we are facing a totally avoidable $200 additional usage fee. How is this reasonable?

It would be much more convenient to get a number that I can talk to a live agent on

Thank you for reaching out to our forums. We actually do have a specialized team that handles all data usage inquiries, including issues with the notification system. I'll include their direct number here;

 

CSA Data Usage Escalations: 1-877-807-6581

 

Their hours of operation are 6:00am - 2:00am Eastern Time, 7-days a week.
