For the past few months we have passed our data caps but have not received a single alert or notification on either our preferred email or phone numbers. It is stated on the data meter page that we would receive notifications if our data usage were reached 75%, 90%, etc. Now we are facing a totally avoidable $200 additional usage fee. How is this reasonable?
