I moved my service to new house and upgraded to higher speed. I am getting third of speed i am paying for at the house. I beed trying to resove this issue since past 4 days and keep getting transfer from one department to another. seeems like no one understand what I am talking about and no one have any idea how to fix this issue. Why dont comcast deliver what they promise? Please help me understand how to resolve this issue.
