Not getting gigabit speeds, slow upload as well

I have xfinity gigabit that should be 1000/35 but I'm getting ~500/5 right now even when connected directly to the gateway. Here is a speed test with my computer connected directly to the gateway:

And here is one in safe mode:

As far as I can tell, my power levels are within spec. Here are my power levels:

I also have no uncorrectable codeword errors.

Also it doesn't seem like I'm having that many T3 errors either:

I've tried rebooting the gateway a number of times and I've tried different computers and always seem to get these speeds or worse. I'm open to any other ideas.

What is the exact make and model number of that modem ? You only posted 16 downstream channels. Are there more ? Is there an OFDM / (Other) downstream channel present ?

O/k NM. I see now. It's a 3941T. Youll never get gigabit speeds with that. It's DOCSIS 3.0. You need a DOCSIS 3.1 capable modem.

That is the gateway that the tech installed. Can I get them to come install a better one?

Also, I'm not really concerned about the download speeds right now, I'm more interested in getting the full upload speeds. Of course it is troublesome that I'm only getting half the download speeds I'm paying for, but I'm also only getting ~1/7th the upload speeds.

Tech was wrong. Get it swapped for an XB6. You could take it in yourself.

Well that's unfortunate, and kind of what I expected based on the gateway not being listed as a gigabit device. Do you know how much the rental fee is for the XB6?

Same as any other.
