Get Internet drop off and slow speeds several times a day. Spent a lot of time with Comcast tech people. On their end, I should be getting the speeds I am paying for, but I keep getting instances of Internet dropping. Finally got a new cable modem/router (Netgear C6300) and the same thing is happening. Could it be a cable connection problem that is intermittent??? When logging in as Netgear Admin I see the Critical reading in my reports, every day.
