No Maintenance Broadcasts for Ranging opportunities received - T2 time-out

I have had a Comcast technician come out and my connection has been stable for nearly a month and now I am losing my connection every 15 - 45 minutes again... 

 

I am using a Netgear CM1000 Modem which is on the list of official devices.

 

I am not an expert but my signal appears to be well within norms...

 

I have removed all un-needed splitters and I do have terminators on my confirmed good splitter.

 

I am sorry for the info-dump but this is affecting my ability to make a living, I am a work from home software engineer and this is just detrimental...

 

Please Help, Anyone!!!
