New subscriber, modem only allows ipv6 website access
Hello- I have seen many others with the same issue, I had service installed yesterday using an Arris SBG6950AC2. The tech initially submitted the incorrect MAC, I was able to correct that later in the day but now can only access Google, YouTube, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
