New customer IPv6 but no IPv4

Service was installed Friday morning. Internet only loaded google, Netflix, but no Bing, technician left it like that. Note, the technician originally provided the wrong MAC address and had to call in and fix it. I called Comcast went through the prompts. Told to call arris as I have a arris sbg7580 brand new out of the box. Called Arris, they said to call Comcast. Called Comcast again, went through the prompts again, they scheduled a technician sat. He came out, noted there was no boot file, called engineers or level 3 support, they removed the modem from the account readied and everything works for 5 hours then has been out since. Called Comcast they want to send another tech out and can’t see what the tech did yesterday. I’ve pm’ed comcastjohnN, no response. Three days with no internet that I paid a tech to come out install and now I have to make time to take off work again for a third tech to come out. Giving it one more day for comcastjohnn to reply before I cancel Comcast and go back to att. So frustrating.

Power everything down, hook up your PC directly to the modem, power on the modem, when it's all synced up open a browser and it should take you to https://register.be.xfinity.com/activate where you just follow a couple of prompts and it will properly add your modem to your account.  If you're still having problems then a CSR should be able to "roll and re-provision" your account.
