I received a new gateway from Comcast to replace my existing Comcast modem. The new gateway will not boot all the way up. From top to bottomthe first three indicators (lights) come on and stay on steady the rest do not even give a flicker. I don't believe the gateway is broadcasting on the WiFi channels and when trying to connect my laptop the compatable network doesn't appear in the avaliable list. I am effectively without internet service and my wife works from home and depends on this connection. Calling in and talking on the phone to an agent has been fruitless.
Does anyone have a solution?
