New Modem Lost Connection with Alex Equipment

I received a new modem last month and when I tried to reconnect my Alexa equipment, I was not able to get results. It would not connect using my passowrds. I have setup modems before but this time I am not getting any results. Help.  Suggestions

Does this display the correct SSID and password(s)?
