Hello, I just had an xfinity employee come in and set up my interent on the xfinity gateway router yesterday. It worked great for barely a day and then disconnected and will not connect back. My wifi name shows up as an availible network on my phone and laptop but when I connect to it, it does not conenct to the internet. On the gateway, the "Online" button does not light up anymore either. None of the wires or cords were messed with at all before it stopped working. I've tried to troubleshoot, unplug and replug it back in as well as restart my gateway online with no luck. Did anyone have the same issue? What can I do to connect back to my internet.
Call 1800comcast and report it.
