Netgear CM1000 keeps dropping

I have a new Netgear CM1000 modem i bought after Comcast upgraded area to DOCSIS 3.1. Now my internet drops repeatedly during the day. Called tech support and they said it was the modem. But the forum indicates its likely power level issues in the line. How do I get Comcast to help me solve this?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
