Netgear CM1000 Bad Channels/Uncorrectable Codewords

For over a month I have been having intermitten issues with unstable/dropped internet connections. First I blamed Router as it was oldest component in my network but issues persisted even after replacement. Most of what I am running is connect via ethernet cables and all devices lose internet only when issues occur. I am able to visually see router and modem when issues happen but it seems modem(Netgear CM100) just has yet to reboot as it is not addressable via 192.168.100.1 login page until and eventually it reconnects. I tried removing all splitters and connect modem directly to main line which is about 10 feet from exterior box, which did not correct issues.  I factory reset modem and checked box connection for issues but all seems to be okay. I called support line but was immediatetly was told to contact modem manufacturer or pay the money for the rented modem from xfinity. The modem is not very old and seems to work most of the time until I get errors and messages in log. I was hoping before I purchased a replacement modem maybe someone could verify the error/messages are not incoming line related.

The upstream power is on too high and it may be intermittently fluctuating even higher to out of spec levels. That can cause random disconnects, spontaneous re-booting of the modem, speed, packet loss, latency problems, and the un-bonding of channels.

In a self troubleshooting effort to try to obtain better connectivity / more wiggle room, check to see if there are there any excess/unneeded coax cable splitters in the line leading to the modem that can be eliminated/re-configured. Any splitters that remain should be high quality and cable rated for 5-1002 MHz, bi-directional, and no gold colored garbage types like GE, RadioShack, RCA, Philips, Leviton, Magnavox, and Rocketfish from big box stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Wal-Mart etc. Splitters should be swapped with known to be good / new ones to test

If there aren't any unneeded splitters that can be eliminated and if your coax wiring setup can't be reconfigured so that there is a single two way splitter connected directly off of the drop from the street/pole with one port feeding the modem and the other port feeding the rest of the house/equipment with additional splits as needed, and you've checked all the wiring and fittings for integrity and tightness and refresh them by taking them apart then check for and clean off any corrosion / oxidation on the center wire and put them back together again, then perhaps it's best to book a tech visit to investigate and correct.

That is without any splitters inline except for connection in the exterior box and ofcourse at the pole/main line. The incoming line from pole is buried but what I can see it looks visibly okay.  I also tried disconnecting the TV boxes and using just on each switch individually which are the Antronix CMC2002H-A models but did not help. Also the SnR on OFDM Downstream varies a lot usually it is at 40dB but there it is as low as 23.5dB.
