I started having problems about a day ago, couldn't bring up any websites. So I checked the list in wifi and my account is no longer there. I ended up using one of the hotspots but they're not secure and I need my secure account. I've done all the troubleshooting fixes you can think of starting with checking all plugs, rebooting everything, running all troubleshooting scans here, and the only thing that was recognized was that there might be a problem with some equipment in my living room. ALL my equipment is in my living room, lol. I guess I'll end up calling for help, but I just wanted to ask here first. WHERE IS MY WIFI ACCOUNT???

For giggles, try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. You will lose any customized settings.

It's been awhile since I post, but my reply is that I tried your suggestion and many other options. I'm now using hotspots since my network doesn't work. I'm tired of hanging on the phone trying to fix this.
Perhaps it's malfunctioning. If you are renting it from them, try getting it swapped out for another. Good luck !
