My speeds have been inconsistent and my CM3024 modem has been resetting itself. Signals look fine.

Trying to figure out the least painful way to get this fixed. I have an aerial line coming from the poll directly to a grounded barrel, and directly into my modem. No splitters, no TVs or EMTA for phone. Here are my signals with only a few minutes of uncorrectables after I reset the counter. I've already tried calling about this once and was told I would be charged if it was my stuff. So I want to make extra sure before I go through with this. It's a newish modem too.

I agreeded to a tech. He came way earlier than his alloted time (which was appreciated) and he says it's been an issue in my area for a week now. Wasted trip for him, and no resolution for me...

It's not on there. So what are my odds of actually getting it fixed? The tech said it was a plant problem and I had to continue waiting until someone got to it...
