Had a line tech come out and issue persists. Every few hours, sometimes multiple times in a row, the connection will drop and the modem will reset after a minute or so. Screenshots of levels and error log attached. This is the second modem I've used to try and troubleshoot. New model is a Netgear CM1000. Any insight would be appreciated.
Anyone? Another tech coming out tomorrow but he'll probably see the signal is fine when he checks and head on out.
