Modem drops few times in a Day and getting T3-timeout and Unicast Maintenace Errors...

I am having issues with Modem resets few times each day and see these Errors in the logs.

Using my own surfboard6183. I switch from 25M to 750M tier and problems seems to get worst like same numbers of resets plus when i click some link on the Internet it just sit there for few seconds before getting any response. Looks to me when they put me on Fast tier they re-routing my traffic from old box to new Box and its delaying the first few seconds with no response. I run the speed test and DL range from 150Mb -1000Mb and UL range from 2MB-15MB with 13ms ping.

 

I was thinking to swap my SB6183 with some New Modem/Router Unit like Netgear or Mottorola or Arris..

Does my Levels looks OK or Not ?

More latest Logs. Now its coming through  Modem --->ASUS- 1800AC Router--->PC via LAN cable

So when i run through router I am seeing counts under Corrected/Uncorrectables Columns. So is my ASUS router adding these issues or it can be both Modem & Router.

I always use modem/Router Combination to run my Devices and PC.

Thanks for all the help from @ComcastAmira  and arranging a Tech visit to my home.

My issue with T3/T4 timeout and modem resets is completely resolved now and my Modem is running with no Resets and No T3/T4 timeouts for almost 10+ days.

Tech find out that my Coax connector in the wall and outside in the Box was very old and causing issues. He replace both Connectors and after that No errors. Both of these Connectors were provided by Comcast 18 years back when they first install the line in my home.

 

Thanks for all the support from Comcast team on this Board.
