Last year I changed service. I went from Triple Play to internet only. A couple days later my service went out. It was fixed for a time. Some time later I bought my own modem, again, days later, my internet service goes down. Eventually it was fixed. This week I called to lower my bill, successfully, and now days later my service cuts out. Why does this keep happening?
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
