Good day. My home security system (not Comcast) requires post forwarding using ports 80 and 5000. These are currently blocked in my system and I need instructions on how to unblock them. I was on the phone with a Comcast Wireless Gateway representative and our connection was lost. She said that she was going to send me an email with instructions, but it was never received. Can someone help me out?
Thanks for the reply. I have a copy of the Port Forwarding instructions that you sent. I attempted to use them to unblock ports 80 and 5000 and have hit a couple of snags. I actually need someone to assist me with the instruction. I am not totally computer challenged. but need a little help.
