Lousy customer service regarding practically non-existent internet speeds

Intenet download speeds less than 50 on average when I'm paying for 300.  Upload speeds under 1.0.  3 techs already inside my house.  All agree that problem is not inside.  2 maintenance techs have been outside and cant seem to find the problem and fix it.  Another tech scheduled today.  Others in my neighborhood experiencing the same issues.  Dealing with this issue since January 2nd.

Something like that, you need to continue working with your local techs and escalate it locally. When your tech comes out today, get their supervisor’s info.
