Losing Uplink Signal multiple times a day, including 3x in the last hour.

Losing the uplink signal multiple times a day. About two weeks ago a neighbor had a tree come down, AT&T has worked on the pole with the Comcast line twice and I've started having these problems. A cable from the pole that goes into the grass is damaged as well. I called support and because they are able to reboot my router and the internet works, everything is fine, despite losing the signal while on the phone with them. In the last hour it has dropped 3 times.  No splitters, cables tight.

The downstream power levels and the SNR's are out of spec. If the problem is outside your premises, you'll have to get a hold of them again. Insist on getting a tech out. Good luck !
