For the last two months I’ve been getting interruption in my Xfinity service almost everyday. It’s usally in the morning and afternoons and it’s down for anywhere from 30mins to over 6 hours. I checked the status center and it shows that a local outage is currently in my area. I want to know if there’s any way to have more detailed information on the outages, I understand issues happen and upgrades or maintenance needs to be done for periods of time. I’ve had the service for over 5 years and while this is a common occurrence of sorts never has it been so consistent to the point I’ve had to seek help online.
