Just upgraded to Gigabit Internet, not getting acceptable speeds

So i just had a xfinity employee install  a new modem and upgrade our internet from blast (70mbps) to Gigabit. Read the  Gigabyte internet forum post and did most of the tasks. Account has everything linked as it should have, but devices are only showing 50-70 mbps whether they are wired or wireless. Running out of ideas, any idea how to fix this?

Setup:

 Netgear Cm1150v Modem

Netgear AC1900 Dual Band Router (R7000 Nighthawk)

Re: Just upgraded to Gigabit Internet, not getting acceptable speeds

From Speedtest.net (Direct Ethernet from Modem, Router disconnected)
Ping ms
25
Download Mbps
210.74

Upload Mbps
38.71
Much better speeds, but still no where close. @darkangelic
